Product Information
Our recommendation is to select a weight that is around 8-12%+ of your bodyweight, which usually adheres to the below:

10 lbs (Bodyweight: Less than 125 lbs
15 lbs (Bodyweight: Between 125-200 lbs)
20 lbs (Bodyweight: Over 200lbs)

If you are in between sizes, we recommend selecting the lower of the two weights.
The Helix Weighted Blanket features a quilted blanket filled with interior fine-grade glass beads that add evenly distributed weight. The outer cover is made from soft fleece and microfiber sheared fabric to be cozy to the touch.

Amazingly, no! We use breathable fibers in the cover to allow for airflow and the glass beads remain at room temperature.
Yes! The outer cover is machine washable. The inner weighted blanket can be spot cleaned.

We ship directly to your door via FedEx.
We provide free shipping to all US orders!
From the time you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days for your weighted blanket to ship. Please not that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
We ship to all 50 states.
If you need to change your shipping address, email help@helixsleep.com as soon as possible. Once a package has been shipped, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager services to update your shipping information and/or redirect a package to a new address.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once an order ships. If you have not yet received a tracking number, or if you believe you should have received a confirmation and haven’t yet, email help@helixsleep.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Returns & Warranty
The 100 Day Trial is our guarantee that comes along with your Helix Weighted Blanket purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the weighted blanket, you can return it for a full refund within 100 day trial period.
Once a refund has been issued, it takes 5-7 business days for the credit to be reflected back onto your original form of payment.
To initiate a return, email help@helixsleep.com. The subject line of the email should read “Return Request - [Your Order #]”. In the body of the email, include the full name on the order and a description of what’s prompting your return.
